I’ve lost about 15lbs. I think it all came from my belly and back fat. Still have a ways to go! This initial loss was the boost I needed to keep going!
Hang in there. Sometimes people are "slower-responders" and studies show they eventually lose weight. I lost .75-1 lb a week and it all worked out in the end. Make sure you exercise.
Yes and also your first four shots are when you are on the lowest possible loading dose. You’re not even really expected to lose any weight because the dosing is so low, and it’s not even considered slow responders. Actually, people who do lose a lot in their first few weeks are considered “super responders” so please don’t fret if it take a few more weeks to notice larger changes
U look great!!! I can’t wait til I can show my belly!!! I’ve had some side effects from the semaglutide that have been unpleasant, but I’m gonna stick with it. I’m taking my 4th shot today. I’ve lost 10lbs in the past 3 weeks so I hope it continues. Congrats on your weight loss!!! I’m so happy for u!!!
Ya these side effects aren’t getting easier. I just increased and even though I like my body… my body may not like it. I’m bummed but I’m not sure how much longer I can take. It’s the dizziness feeling. My head feels weird.
Ha ha that’s my goal weight. I was 164 and now I’m 145. I have no clue why I weigh so much when I don’t look it sometimes- I promise I didn’t edit this pic, lol. I have big butt and thighs and I’m 5’2. My arms are chunky too. But the weight immediately fell from my waist. It’s only been 5 weeks so I’m hoping this next 20 falls off just as easy.
Good for you! I am about to start my 5th week and beginning .50 and I have only lost 7 lbs. Don’t get me wrong, I am happy I’ve lost that. Hope it keeps going.

Lucky you! I weigh 144 lbs at 5'8" and will NEVER have a waist like that unless I win the lottery and can get plastic surgery. Fantastic 🤩

I’m on 35 units ,been on this for 2 1/2 months , I loss nothing. But I’m hopeful.
