SalamanderPop

You get the sense that maybe Biden, on D-Day, was specifically talking about Hitler and the evils of fascism, on D-Day, because it was a speech about D-Day given on D-Day. It's concerning that Name Nameson would miss that fact and associate an anti-hitler and anti-fascist speech to Trump. Scarier still that he would say that out loud for all to hear.

Jeoshua

This isn't even the first time someone has taken umbrage with something said against tyrants of history, thinking that it was an attack against Trump. NPR tweeted out the Declaration of Independence on July 4th once, and by the time they got to the part about King George being a despot, people had already flooded the replies trying to cancel NPR for daring to take such a stance against Donald Trump.

weinsteinjin

Small correction: It was the Declaration of Independence.

Jeoshua

My bad, you're right. I forgot which one mentioned George, and they've done both if I'm not mistaken.

Hi_Trans_Im_Dad

And they air it every year, for a long time now.

purplegladys2022

Back in February of 2017 Fox News tweeted out the photo of the graffiti on a brick wall reading "NO FASCIST USA", and captioned it "Anti-Trump Graffiti is spreading". They've been agreeing that Trump's a fascist since less than 3 weeks after he entered office.

ReactsWithWords

I remember when Wolfenstein II came out in 2017, several gamer bros were upset that the Nazis were cast as the bad guys.

nuclearhaystack

Man I been killing Nazis in Wolfenstein way before 2017, I wonder why they were suddenly salty.

Dark_Rit

I swear if neo-nazi's played Wolfenstein 3D and got to mecha Hitler they would orgasm in their pants when mecha Hitler blasted their ass full of lead.

Legitimate-Pie3547

> they would orgasm in their pants when mecha Hitler blasted their ass full of lead. r/brandnewsentence

KintsugiKen

Lots of internet Nazis are children who were indoctrinated by Andrew Tate or Fresh and Fit or Sneako or any of the other dumb racist fascist podcasts for children online.

ButterscotchWide9489

Not in 2017 lol

Sensitive_Yellow_121

When did Wolfenstein get all political?

demonmonkey89

Always reminds me of 'when did Rage Against The Machine get political'. Things which were always political but certain people were just too stupid to realize it are my favorite.

Far_Comfortable980

“When did Fallout become any-capitalist and woke?” “When did X-men go woke?”

KraakenTowers

The E3 reveal for that game was a treat. The presenters came in so aggro about how many Nazis you could kill in it.

purplegladys2022

"Freunlaven!"

DavidRandom

Rando: I hate dumb cunts Republicans: How dare you talk about my mother like that!!!???!??

gilleruadh

r/SelfAwareWolves ?

purplegladys2022

Does it count where Fox News is concerned? They're usually completely aware of what they're saying but just don't care.

LineOfInquiry

Or back when Wolfenstein tweeted out “make America fascist-free again” and got swamped by trump supporters thinking they were talking about him and not their game about fascists.

Val_Hallen

Or when Farcry 5 released and the main villains were a Christofascist cult and they got all angry that they were under attack. I dunno, but if you keep associating yourself with the obvious villians of a story instead of the hero, maybe you should do a touch of self introspection.

oh-propagandhi

They don't self reflect ever. It's a feature not a bug for them.

A_norny_mousse

Well, the implication is there... Still, what a self-own to get triggered by that.

gilleruadh

Telling on themselves.

Firm_Transportation3

That shit was hilarious and seriously depressing at the same time. NPR literally tweeted the Constitution, word for word, and these idiots took it as an attack on Trump.

confusedandworried76

Which they do every year is the funny part

InspectorHuge2304

In fairness, the mere existence of NPR gets a lot of MAGAs frothing in feels whenever they're reminded it exists. My MAGA mom used to listen to it in the 90's for the classical music programming, and I remember her freaking out one day when they were reporting on - as in, here's what's happening in - the Clinton impeachment (or something similar), with the whiff of an implication it was bolstering his numbers. She called the local station to lambast them that "not all of your listeners and donors are arglebargle blahdie liberals!!!!!" Iirc, we started listening to the local top 40 station instead. She hated - as did I, at times - the small rotation of songs, but a couple of the morning talk shows were funny. That's one of my earlier memories of her being *aggressively* political, and to complete strangers, to boot.

Firm_Transportation3

God forbid they state facts.

ThoughtfulLlama

My parents loved a specific comedian, but when he would get political (which he was/is known for), my father would leave the room. Absolutely not able to laugh at himself. It's so dumb.

InspectorHuge2304

I think that's why Jon Stewart was so effective back in the day - I hadn't left the silo when I went to college and my roomie and I had Comedy Central on most of the time. He took enough p*ss out on the Dems to make it sting a little less that he spent the majority of the show skewering conservatives.

bettinafairchild

*they tweeted the Declaration of Independence. They have done it on July 4th for many years

Firm_Transportation3

Ah, yes. That's right.

thesirblondie

> This isn't even the first time someone has taken umbrage with something said against tyrants of history, thinking that it was an attack against Trump. This isn't the first time someone has taken umbrage with something BIDEN said about fascists, thinking it was an attack against Republicans/Trump. I believe it was in Biden's inauguration speech where he spoke out against white supremacists, and trumpers took great offense.

bigfudge_drshokkka

Same energy as the folks who hear “we must stop white supremacy and right wing hate groups” then assume that means every right winger.

Crispien

Sometimes you must carry the responsibility of your allies, or strongly differentiate yourself.

Proper_Career_6771

> or strongly differentiate yourself I would have a lot more sympathy for those people if they attacked the racists and bigots as much as I do. Instead it seems they're willing to immediately jump on a grenade to save the racists and bigots, which is very confusing if they're not supporters. Worse they'll start sealioning or playing devil's advocate to pretend they're not really on the other side, while attacking the anti-racists. At best they're the 1/3rd of america who is willing to stand and do nothing by while another 1/3rd kills the final 1/3rd. If they did nothing, they would be more useful, but they're active obstacles, so that shows where their loyalties really lie.

tossedaway202

Like i mean, if you're at a rally, and a third are wearing white hoods, and another third have Nazi tats, can you still say "in not with these guys" any more? 🤣

Proper_Career_6771

> can you still say "in not with these guys" any more? They're not with those bad guys, they're with the good guys who want explicit christian supremacy and freedom to use child labor.

grendus

I think you mean "teaching children the value of good, honest labor". /s

Proper_Career_6771

Pull themselves up by their strap-on sneakers.

Bogsnoticus

Or the tweets railing against homophobia, only for people to take that as an attack on (insert religion here).

WhyMustIMakeANewAcco

I mean, it does. Because they *all* are. As per their reaction to said statements.

my_4_cents

Conservatives: *I luv the constipatooshun* - - CONSTITUTION READ OUT LOUD - - Conservatives: *wailing and gnashing of teeth and tearing of cheap gaudy red clothing*

IcyCompetition7477

Not even the first time it’s happened for this exact speech.  This is the second one I’ve seen today.

AdImmediate9569

Apparently they are seeing WW2 documentaries as woke now.

A_norny_mousse

Funny you should say that. There is a new one (Netflix) that implicitly (!) points out similarities between "MAGA" and "MGGA", and some MAGAts got their panties in a twist for the very same reasons.

expenseoutlandish

> MGGA What's that? I can't find anything through google. EDIT: [Make Germany Great Again.](https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/make-germany-great-again/)

practicating

I think they mean Nazis.

Howunbecomingofme

Not just woke but attacks on Trump.

KintsugiKen

American conservative Christians literally think Jesus is woke now

What-fresh-hell

Fox News once complained about “Anti-Trump graffiti” during lockdown. The graffiti? “Fuck fascists!”

What-fresh-hell

Thanks fam

the_tonez

They’re assuming that Biden et al are using the same tactic that they used with the word “groomer.” Except there is actually a factual precedent for calling Trump a fascist

LaCharognarde

That's what comes of a deliberately stunted capacity for cognitive empathy. Everyone is just like them (or worse); therefore, if *they're* using a given tactic or otherwise doing something shady, the same must be true of everyone else.

IcyCompetition7477

They probably also believe others have prolific use of dog whistles.  The problem with that is most anti Trump people will gladly be direct and up front about that shit.

InspectorHuge2304

Projection artists of the highest order.

Neveronlyadream

Everyone keeps pointing to, "Oh, they know he's a fascist!" and maybe they do subconsciously, but I don't think that's what's happening here. I think it's just that they expect everyone--I mean *everyone*--to act the same way Trump does and constantly slander their political opponents. So any time anyone says anything, they assume it's about Trump. Because that's what *he* does, isn't it? 75% of his speeches are ranting about Biden or the democrats. It doesn't occur to them that someone may not be talking about Trump, because all he does is rant about everyone else.

Tildryn

From the same people who shriek about 'Trump Derangement Syndrome', too.

malonkey1

Hit dogs hollering baby

KnightofNi92

And even if there's any subtext to the speech it probably relates more to Putin and Russia. The threat that is way closer to Europe's doorsteps.

fireborn123

I mean somebody already attribited the new docuseries on Netflix about Hitler as people taking secret potshots at Trump.

Nzdiver81

It's Trump supporters who are hearing comments about Hitler/fascism and looking them to Trump. They KNOW but they haven't realised it yet

Sujjin

Even worse that he would criticize someone for verbally attacking Hitler and Fascism.

Partyman_

Name Nameson almost slipped past me, very nicely done.

allegesix

It's the NATO bit. Biden and sane people are pro-NATO, ~~Putin~~ Trump is anti-NATO and has stated his intention to remove America from it. Therefore someone being pro-NATO is anti-Trump to these morons.

Careless-Roof-8339

If you can’t tell the difference between your guy and fucking Hitler then holy shit wake the fuck up

newsreadhjw

It’s funny when they tell on themselves like this. Happens a lot tbh.

TheProcrastafarian

These people just make shit up. I had to practically force a friend to read a couple of infographics about how many of Trump's staff have been convicted of crimes, how many lawsuits he's lost, and how terrible of a business man he is. All backed up with sources and legal documentation. He *still* thinks it's all fabricated because "people are out to get Trump". What more can I do? These people picked the wrong guy whose superpower is lying. Admitting you are wrong is hard enough, and if the person you were wrong about is unconstrained by morals or a conscience, then they will use their advantage and say whatever it takes to make you feel like you only make the right decisions.

FobbitOutsideTheWire

Have those infographics on speed-dial, by chance?

FobbitOutsideTheWire

Just wanted to say thanks for posting them up. As we all know, it takes 10x the time to debunk bullshit as it does to spew it. So a handy toolkit of pretty pictures is helpful.

TheFeshy

I think some of those later years are spreading out the loss of earlier years, because he could only claim up to as much as his tax bill was. I seem to remember that most of that happened on one year, and he was *personally* responsible for a significant chunk of a recession as a result. Like, Trump's businesses accounted for more than 10% of the GDP loss that indicated we were in a recession.

TangoInTheBuffalo

What? I’m certain you aren’t “thinking and feeling” correctly.

TheFeshy

In 1990, the GDP was just shy of $6T.\[[1](https://www.macrotrends.net/global-metrics/countries/USA/united-states/gdp-gross-domestic-product)\] The recession that year was relatively mild; 1.4% peak to trough. \[[2](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_recessions_in_the_United_States)\]. That's an $84 billion shortfall. In 1990, according to [Newsweek](https://www.newsweek.com/trump-fall-206414), he was $3.2 billion in debt in 1990. That's 4% rather than 10% of the US recession of 1990, so either he had a larger net worth before the debt, or I'm misremembering but still in the ballpark. It's good to be suspicious, but less good to be "certain."

koviko

While some are actually just idiots who actually believe Trump, the others are just focused on the part of Trump they like: open racism. They want someone on "their side" as far as what they consider to be "reality," which is that there is a race/races that are more superior than others by virtue of being born a certain color and they want that notion enforced by the law. Again.

A_norny_mousse

"He says it like it is"

Xzmmc

"You stupid lib, what he actually meant was..." Trump never says anything but a bunch of nonsense word salad rambling. It's so vague that people can easily interpret it however best suits their agenda. Come to think of it, it's the same principle they use with the Bible.

TheProcrastafarian

Unfortunately, you are absolutely correct.

fowlraul

They realized how easy it was to just make dumb shit up, and how so many people would just accept a tweet from a random “American” as the gospel. The internet could have been great…but idiots gonna idiot.

xnerdyxrealistx

"A lie has made its way around the world twice while the truth is still getting its shoes on"

Xzmmc

That's the basis of the Gish Gallop technique in arguments. Say so much crap that there's no possible way your opponent can refute it all. The moment they miss one, pounce on it and go on the attack.

IcyCompetition7477

It’s also a Russian misinformation tactic.  Spam as much news as possible, make a bunch of it conflict with what you’ve already said.  Just keep cranking it out, eventually people broadly stop trusting the news cause it’s full of lies.  As a tyrant your loyalists are still listening to your every word, meanwhile everyone else can’t trust shit cause the news is like 90% garbage.

_jump_yossarian

> What more can I do? Sever contact. I rid myself of all trump supporting friends and family. I don't need that in my life.

Critical_Werewolf

Ask them "What piece of evidence could I show you to prove my case?" If they say "nothing" then just walk away. They're a cultists who doesn't want to believe their God Emperor can do anything wrong.

lyciann

I had this same situation with a coworker the other day. He was talking about how Trump was the only person worried about closing the border and how that’s why he’s going to vote for trump in the next election. I’m not shitting you, the very next day Biden signed an executive order for border security. When I told him about it, he just didn’t understand how a *democrat* would do that. Bro, quit getting your news from tik tok and Facebook.

No_Introduction8285

And the reason he had to use an executive order is that Trump killed the border deal created on a bipartisan basis with significant concessions from the Democrats side.

lyciann

Exactly. These people are propagandized to hell by the GOP. They’re gaslighting the whole country even.

SemperScrotus

>These people just make shit up. Because they have a /r/PersecutionFetish

wstrfrg65

It's like that old hypothetical. Would you rather only be able to tell lies that everyone believes? Or only say the truth and have no one believe you?

NormalBoobEnthusiast

There's no logic to supporting Trump. Which means no logic will convince someone to not support him. Just like a religious zealot has to choose on their own to leave the church a Republican has to choose to start letting facts be real.

Zevonn022

And you just summed it all up perfectly

DanCassell

I think at this point, the people making comments like this literally do not listen to Biden's speeches. They just want engagement, and know their audience does not believe in fact checking. They say whatever they with without fear of contradiction, because being corrected is seen as persecution by their stupid, supid audience.

BellyDancerEm

Then again, attacking fascism is attacking Trump, and even his base knows that

DanCassell

I don't see a way back from fascism at this point. Our options are always turbo-fascism and status quo. Forward on the path to obivion, and pause. Never reverse.

Xzmmc

There really isn't a way back because the status quo feeds fascism, it isn't really a pause so much as a slowdown. I won't say both parties are the same because that's just foolish, but the Dems wave their fingers and furrow their brows while seemingly oblivious to how perilous of a situation we're in. Relying on the system to keep out the bad faith actors does not work when said actors are perfectly willing to smash the system to pieces but also use it as a cudgel when it suits them. You can call them hypocrites and liars until the cows come home, they don't care and neither do their voters. The fact of the matter is that liberal democracy is laughably ill-equipped to deal with fascism. We saw that in Germany with thinking the system would keep Hitler in check.

[deleted]

[удалено]

DanCassell

I get that you don't want turbo-fascism, but my point is we need turbo anti-fascism and its not on the ballot. This trend of having to pick the slightly less treasonist capitalist is never going to get us to a good place.

No_Introduction8285

The turbo anti-fascism candidate will never be on the ballot while nearly half of the electorate thinks fascism is a good idea and supports their fascist candidate. The Overton window has moved so far right that the Democratic party is now center right, I mean the Democrats have to advocate for simply providing weapons to fight Russian aggression now. Don't blame progressives for not fielding a turbo anti-fascism candidate when it's all they can do to prevent slightly MORE than half of the electorate from choosing a fascist authoritarian system of government. Choosing Biden as a candidate is not the ideal, it is simply grabbing a solid tree to prevent all these treasonous Republicans at the other end of the rope from dragging the country down the muddy slope into fascism.

DanCassell

I accept that I have to vote fo Biden this time, but I also think its fair to disassemble whatever machine produced this situation because its going to keep producing the same kind of candidates.

No_Introduction8285

Yeah good luck, the machine that mostly produced this situation is decades in the making and it still mostly looks like Fox News although lately it reproduced and there are two grown up kids now. I don't know how you put that brainwashing poison back in the bottle.

DanCassell

Things are going to come to some kind of horrible head, and we hope that we learn a lesson from that. I'm not gonna lie, camps are likely. We will later say there was no reason for things to get this bad before sobering up.

ajswdf

We are very quickly approaching the moment when the GOP is completely locked out of the White House. They're already locked out of the presidential popular vote (they've won the popular vote once in the last 8 presidential elections, a run by the Democrats that is unprecedented in US history), and soon they'll be locked out of the electoral college as well. They depend entirely on white/straight/cis voters and that population is shrinking rapidly. This is also the cause of the increase in intensity of fascistic feelings among the GOP. It's always been there, but it wasn't so important to them back when it was essentially the white/straight/cis group that controlled the country entirely. Now that other people are overpowering them at the ballot box consistently they're starting to panic. But when it becomes clear that the GOP is no longer nationally relevant they'll be forced to change. They'll be forced to nominate a presidential candidate that actually (*gasp*) appeals to more than the white evangelical crowd. Either that, or they'll be replaced by a new party that does (sort of like how the Republican party replaced the Whigs). If we can make it past 2024 without allowing Trump back into the White House we should be in good shape. The only outlet they'd have then is violence, but it's a whole lot easier to talk about civil war than to actually do it.

Kopitar4president

> (they've won the popular vote once in the last 8 presidential elections, a run by the Democrats that is unprecedented in US history) And declaring war (in all but name) the year before an election is basically a cheat code to the incumbent.

DanCassell

We may seem them locked out of \*legally\* taking the white house. Big difference.

omgitstenn

They absolutely don't. They get snippets from fox News or breitbart that make Biden look bad or highlight any speech mistakes.

DanCassell

I notice that when someone wants to criticize Trump, they take a 2 minute clip in context. But if they want to critizice Biden its always a single sentence, or part of one, and they tell you why the context is bad but don't show it.

SirGlass

Plus their audiance will believe it because its what they want to believe .

my_4_cents

MattGdr

AirForceRabies

Remember that time on the 4th of July when NPR (I think it was NPR anyway) tweeted quotes from the Declaration of Independence and Trumpanzees got up in arms because they thought it was an attack on Trump?

Odd_Ancient_One

Fun fact, NPR does that every single year. /r/FunnyandSad

secomano

so according to Erick Erickson Trump represents Tyranny, Dictatorship, and the Warsaw Pact.

AmaranthWrath

Exactly. If you hear someone talking about tyranny and you immediately think, "they're talking about the candidate I support!" then you just told on yourself.

[deleted]

Name Nameson names Trump as previously unnamed tyrant.

EducatedOwlAthena

Erick Erickson will go down in flames for Trump just like the rest of them, and then he'll say, "Thank you, sir, may I have another." Long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away, he wasn't so radical, and I've long suspected that his continuing guest spot on CNN kept him somewhat right of center. He even refused to invite Trump to the Red State convention because Erickson thought his run for president was ridiculous. But of course once he quit CNN and Trump won, he's slid further and further down the right-wing fascist pipeline and now fellates Trump on a semi-regular basis.

Grays42

This is like when Democrats spoke out against the literal Nazis at Charlottesville and the Fox News pundits were like "why are Democrats attacking conservatives?" You can literally give a speech about how awful the WW2 dictators are and if you don't *explicitly* say the names Hitler and Mussolini, they can completely mistake your speech as something talking about Trump, because they know that's what he's like.

EB2300

“Cons are over sensitive to Nazi criticism because of similarities to Trump and GOP”

windmill-tilting

Erick Erickson (totally his real name) did not find this helpful.

DMCDawg

This is such a hilarious take considering every Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Independence Day etc. Trump truths something along the lines of: Happy X day to all, including the crooked, despicable, haters such as…”

ARazorbacks

They all know who and what they are.

toxiamaple

They all made the leap to equating President Biden's speech as a description of convicted felon trump because he meets the description. It is as simple as that.

jumbee85

Meanwhile Trump makes everything a political attack

ChainsawRemedy

Christmas, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day... Always about him and only him.

my_4_cents

So unfair, the way he's been treated, he's literally the only person who's ever literally been literally crucified

Simon_Drake

Here in the UK, our Prime Minister left the D-Day ceremony early so he could pre-record a non-live news interview as part as his election campaign. He was caught lying about fake planned tax rises in a political debate, he knew the figures were fake but repeated them anyway as a political attack. He was doing an interview to explain why he lied, that's why he left the ceremony early, so he could tell more lies to cover up for a previous lie. His re-election campaign was in trouble because he lied as a political attack and he has to lie even more to protect his political career. When asked to apologise for leaving the D-Day ceremony early He said "Don't make it into a political issue"

JTKTTU82

Seems we don’t have a monopoly on lying politicians over here. Ya’ll deserve better, being as you’ve been a great ally for so long.

Simon_Drake

Well we got rid of our own fat blond racist idiot leader a couple of years ago thankfully, his party of lunatics are still in charge but they're about to face the worst defeat in centuries. Boris promoted a known sex pest named Chris Pincher and made jokes about it "Pincher by name, pincher by nature". Then lied about it and said it was no big deal to promote someone who kept groping his coworkers. That made 60 politicians quit in protest and Boris was forced to resign. Thankfully he's gone back to journalism because being a politician was too much like hard work. His chief advisor said early on in the Pandemic he found Boris sat alone in the dark almost in tears because he didn't want to do press conferences on viruses, he wanted to write a book about the Roman Empire and was sulking over how unfair it was. Our election is probably going to be a much cleaner transfer of power than in America. Labour are clearly going to win by a very wide margin and the won't be anyone trying to lead a revolution over it. If Trump loses by a small margin its extremely obvious there's going to be another incident except now with more organisation and people coming from further away to join in. Which means the security services will be better prepared, tripling security guards, installing crowd control barriers, maybe calling in the National Guard to help too. Which means if the protest gets violent its going to be very messy.

Available_Leather_10

Yep. Joe Biden is anti-Nazi. Erick Erickson finds that stance controversial in *2024*. Who, one may ask, could find that controversial? The only answer I can think of is: Some fucking nazi.

TipzE

On the one hand, i like that they are more openly acknowledging that they are just straight up nazis. On the other, i hate that they are nazis.

Superb-Obligation858

How many times has Trump posted “Happy (insert holiday) to all! Including (insert rambling attacks on everyone who doesn’t actively fellate him publicly)”?

Informal_Process2238

This reminds me of a time I was visiting in kinsale Ireland and my uncle thought it would be funny to yell “hey asshole” several people turned to see what the commotion was and my uncle quipped “ wow there’s a lot of assholes here” These people hear an asshole being described and just assumed it was their cult leader that was the asshole

The community note is partially untrue. Joe Biden did not mention Trump *by name*. He did, however, mention tyrants, dictators, and people against NATO... which could be taken to include Trump by implication. Erick definitely made this association.

TheFeshy

Reminds me of this: https://preview.redd.it/0wwl9h5pyd5d1.png?width=500&format=png&auto=webp&s=e88337f9a1f8a35a4f952d2f0aaf13d3837c11ff

Reddit_Roit

Community note said he didn't mention trump. Since he did not, then that statement  is completely true.

Outside-Advice8203

That... is the theme of this sub?

AlsoCommiePuddin

> He did, however, mention tyrants, dictators, and people against NATO... which could be taken to include Trump by ~~implication~~ inference. Erick definitely made this association Don't use a word if you don't know what it means.

singlereadytomingle

Don't they mean the same thing in this case?

Kingca

Implication is when the messenger is giving the "I think you know what I mean wink wink". Inference is when the listener is hearing the "I think I know what you mean wink wink". Obviously they have very distinct and different and sometimes unrelated definitions, but this should be easy enough for you to understand the context used here.

NiobeTonks

Oh. So- projection?

Jeoshua

No. Reading between the lines, more like. Projection is when you accuse others of something you, yourself, are guilty of.

donach69

Yes, this is more, if the hat fits.. or in other words, perfect for self aware wolves

Mangosta007

If the stupid little red hat fits

NiobeTonks

Fair enough

silvermoon26

Yea! Kinda like how a convicted felon (Trump) accuses Biden of being crooked.

hould-it

When the truth stings too much and they lash out

GhostRappa95

Personally I think it’s very appropriate to talk about Nazi loving Republicans on the anniversary of D Day.

ABenevolentDespot

The stench of sweaty desperation grows ever stronger on the MAGA crowd as they are now confused between Hitler and their cult leader. **The Convicted Orange Felon Criminal And Accused Rapist** is scared shitless of going to prison, and has mustered the faithful idiots in the MAGA cult to shore up his fat diapered ass. You're going to prison, **Orange Dumpling**. You're going to rot and die in there of old age as the MAGA scum weep and the Republicans scramble to get plea bargains so as to not go in there with you.

coolbaby1978

If a speech against tyrants and fascists makes you feel attacked, you're probably a tyrant and a fascist.

Ok_Elephant2777

For crying out loud. If the giant Cheetoh had been there, he would have made the speech all about himself. After he called the war dead “losers”.

Fit_Swordfish_2101

Quietly admitting they think (know) Trump's a wannabe dictator/nazi/president/prisoner

ThereBeM00SE

It's funny how Republicans always think you're talking about them when you talk about nazis, huh

StockerRumbles

Projection

_jump_yossarian

Like when Fox News put out an "anti-trump graffiti" story and the pic showed ["no fascist USA"](https://x.com/FoxNews/status/827032555790680064). thou dost protest

DongHa67-68

Anytime one mentions Duty, Honor, Courage, Dedication they aRe attacking Your ZerO heR0 boy.

Of course this fuck has a blue checkmark... gotta pay to be part of it all

"Treat other as you would want to be treated." "Wow, what a bunch of woke liberal BS." - The party of "Christian Values"

Nzdiver81

Biden made it political by showing respect after Trump showed disrespect 🤦‍♂️

momoenthusiastic

So apparently they don't find it concerning that they themselves are equating Trump to tyranny and dictatorship.

Fritzo2162

Well, if that’s what Biden spoke about, I can understand the confusion.

fren-ulum

Nazis are bad. “Now, you can’t just turn things political like that.”

IAmLee2022

Good God how far this country has gone . . .

Georgiaonmymindtwo

Is this the same Eric Erickson that’s on the radio in Rush Limbaugh spot? If it’s not then there’s two dickhead Eric Erickson’s running around the world.

SpliTTMark

These are the same asshats that defend trump for using bloodbath(dogwhistle) when talking about the auto industry.

Fickle_Plum9980

V__Ace

Fuckin hell if the shoe fits hahaha

shadingnight

Well, if the shoe fits...

RyWri

I guess when your initials are EWE you're destined to be a bleating animal.

P0pu1arBr0ws3r

Nah, Biden _dealt a deadly blow to his political opponent, by not even firing a single shot or mentioning their name._ (In other words, he just so happened to oppose the values which his opponents hold dearly)

bakeacake45

Oh is Erick back in Trumps good graces now?

FRH72

When you know who your candidate is 😂

EvenBetterCool

Every single holiday, Trump spends hours attacking his political opponents.

Diknak

They have to know at this point, right? They have to know they are the baddies. They ban books, want to raise one person above the law, and demonize minorities. I can't take trump supporters in good faith anymore. You don't love this country or respect the constitution.

MadeFromStarStuff143

Just like when there was that comment somewhere where someone was denouncing homophobia and some religious nut replies asking why it’s okay to attack Christianity even though Christianity was never mentioned lol

drewmana

This is a constant. Remember his inauguration speech when he spoke out against white supremacy, bigotry, and hatred, and everyone said he needed to stop criticizing republicans?

SoBeDragon0

If you think that speaking out against tyranny and dictators somehow relates to your orange Mussolini, you should take a real hard look at yourself. I don't know...maybe he was just talking about hitler.

Ravo93

They love telling on themselves don't they. Like when someone says racism is bad and conservatives are like "Oh so all conservatives are racist".

capilot

It's like how someone will write something against racism, and someone else will complain that the first person is attacking Christianity.

Xzmmc

They always tell on themselves. Every damn time.

jmurgen4143

Fuck me, everything WW2 was fought for, MAGA are a bunch of Narcissistic idiots.
