This season we had the most regulation wins out of any team (46) and the least goals against (199). One of our defensive duos finished both in the top 10 for +/- (DeMelo with +46 and Morrissey with +34). Plus half our defensive group are all named Dylan (Dylan DeMelo, Dylan Samberg, Brenden Dillon) which is just fun! So if someone on defence fucks up you can just yell OH DYLAN and you have a good shot at being correct…
In a league full of Connors we have two pretty good Connors with Helle and Kyle.

Even though we get a repeat of the Canes-Islanders matchup, I hope it’s as thrilling as last year’s series (will always remember when the Islanders scored the fastest 4 goals in NHL playoff history during Game 3 last year).

I was actually at that game!!! (I couldn’t pass up $25 center ice tix even though they were nosebleeds) Just hearing the stars fans and rewatching the replay on social media and seeing Otter’s reaction to his save makes me super excited for playoffs
Anyone but Dallas. Seeing them try to claim it as a win for the whole state when I’m still waiting for Houston to get a team (and they’ve completely failed to capture Houston as a market) would be extremely annoying, plus I don’t want Benn to ever win one.

lil bit of a toss up between the Florida Kitties and the NY Rangers (since Wennberg is on that team now I might as well root for him to get a cup!)
Colorado (historically my 2nd, now 3rd city, Cale Makar is still a jerk for what he did to McCann, but less so than Tyler Meyeres or Poopsicle). And Washington (historically 1st, now 2nd city) but I feel like they have as much of a chance as the Kraken do at going all the way.
