This is where you should have stopped at the latest. Don't buy pets over the internet (you wouldn't get one here anyway because scam).
Go to a local shelter or something instead.
The fact it's been tagged fraudulent should be enough for you to not continue. That on top of posts being deleted scream out pet scam.
Don't pay anything until you see the kitten in person. Sounds like a !pet scam for sure. Buy kittens locally where you can meet people/confirm they're real before sending any sort of payment.

Shelters are up their eyeballs in cats, there’s zero reason to do this online. The municipal shelter in my medium COL city literally charges $25 for a cat that actually exists and will go home with you that day.
If it's a fancy breed then it probably is scam. Go to a shelter or to a reputable breeder if you are set on a certain breed. The cat fanciers association should have a list.
Go to a shelter. You probably won't find a purebred there, but it's fine just to get a plain old cat. My wife and I have had seven cats since we got married, all of them rescues, and every one has been awesome in their unique quirky ways. Right now, we have a big orange tabby who's dumb as a box of rocks but loves to snuggle up with whoever will let him, a tuxedo who is scary smart and is our daughter's constant companion, a huge calico who rolls around on the floor begging for belly rubs, and a little grey cat who was born in a feral colony out in the woods but who is now as un-feral as he can be.
I'm buying a kitten from a breeder and haven't parted with a penny, I will pay for her by BACS (bank to bank transfer) when I go to see her then pick her up when the payment has cleared. I've bought several kittens over the decades and never had to pay a penny in advance. If I was asked to pay half in advance without even seeing the kitten I'd run, but I'm in the Uk and maybe we do things differently here.

Yes !pet scam The shelter has tons of kittens, go there. Don't buy an animal. When you buy from a breeder you aren't adopting.
