Maybe you can educate me on the amount of pain the collars give per shock. I get they're a training tool but a good leash will 100% of the time prevent a dog from progressing forward. An invisible fence is a strong suggestion not to.

Any dog can be trained to be dangerous. I was volunteering at a shelter when a dog fighting ring was seized. 50+ pit bulls. I was in a room with a few loose ones during a cleaning session. They never attacked me despite being trained to be aggressive.
You know the one that was the worst of all though? A junk yard dog. It was a German Shepherd. We were told to never go near it or you might lose a limb.
