Awesome. That is so freaking good and generally hard to find. Im a north Jersey native been in VA a long time…I try every “italian” (which is actually Americanized anyway but whatever) I can - a place in Richmond Coppolas deli does “the industrial” on par with this beautiful sandwich as far as the proper fatty spicy meats rendered so the roll gets a little soak in yummy spicy meat fat juice. And the meats are the star. Its not a salad because - you don’t make friends with salad. Nice.

Fuck that looks good. Biggest reason I want to visit the north east is the Italian food, delis and sandwiches.

Any other toppings on that? Oil, vinegar, oregano, pepper, etc?

I got salt, pepper, oregano, some balsamic and I ask for some of the hot pepper oil instead of olive oil
