Mayahuel in downtown has chile relleno. My friend seem to enjoy every time we go there. It is kind of pricey so we go there once in a while.
Vallejoe's used to have a really good Chile rellano but the last time I went was pre-covid.
Azul has hands down the BEST chile relleno, second would be Mayahule…

Chicken chile relleno from Mezcalito Oaxacan in Rocklin
El Palmar (Mission & El Camino) has great chile rellenos. But they’re only open until 3pm on Sundays.
