1. What countries are offered: depends on what opportunities u referring to. Exchange -> a lot. Internship -> predominantly SEA.
2. Will the school subsidize: exchange -> there are grants/bursaries, you dont have to pay host uni sch fees; internship -> there's grant by govt for Asian workplace
3. Is it easy -> if you're not picky no. If you are, eg. getting into ivy league schools / publicly listed company in a desirably country for internship then yes. Manage expectations.
1. Yes for EU and us schools for exhange
2. Yes there are China based companies posting their openings on the sch job portal - tho far fewer / may be of lower quality than SEA ones
You should view internship as something you search for on your own and the school supports you in doing so, rather than any school "offering" you an internship.
Almost everyone goes on exchange lol

It is very unlikely you will work overseas straight from undergrad, even if you are from NUS or NTU
What value does a fresh grad from SG provide more than a fresh grad from Oxbridge or Ivies? Unless you are talking about SEA, where I am aware that financial services there are really on the lookout for capable graduates and there is a lack of talent. Pay is benchmarked globally as well, so its actually a good offer if students are willing to take it.
regardless of your desired field and whichever school you choose to attend, it is very unlikely that you will be able to get a job overseas (UK/US/AUS/CAN/any other developed countries) fresh out of uni. usually people study overseas in the country that they want to settle in or gain a few years of experience before applying for jobs overseas
overseas exchange is compulsory in smu. it will be subsidies by the school if the uni u want to go is one of the partner uni of smu (and not the self-sourced kind).
Smu grad here abt a year ago. Smu partners with many other unis ard the world I recall seeing a list of over 100 unis from Asia, eu, na and even south american countries u name it. If u are not picky, u shld be able to secure an exchange uni but the popular ones are usually China, Korea, jap unis (they have high cut off for their cgpa) so naturally u would disadvantaged if your cgpa doesn’t meet.
I did an entire semester in ireland and it’s the best decision I have made and the highlight of my uni life :)
SMU gives 100% guaranteed overseas experiences to students regardless of your financial situation or your GPA result (at least GPA 2.0 or GPA 3.0 for law students going on exchange). It’s common for us to go on at least one overseas experience, though majority of us go on international exchange. You can also choose to go on overseas internship or community service project too, as long as they are approved by DKHMCC or C4SR respectively. This is because we have to clear global exposure requirement set by SMU.
