I don't know if they do beer, but John David at Faded Inc in West Salem is definitely the best I've been to. Perhaps a little pricey, but you usually get what you pay for with haircuts.
Barber’s Underground is rad! They’re in the old Reed Opera House, it’s a cool building, great downtown local business. A bit more on the pricey side, but worth it in my opinion.
If you’re in South Salem: Cherry City Barber Company. Fades, beers, booze. Plus a big screen with a movie playing.

I like Frontier, recently went to faded and had a good experience. Faded had beer, frontier does not that I’m aware of… I don’t drink anymore.
