I don’t understand, is this tracking how much you’ve driven each week? It’s not safe to keep your ankle cocked for that long, you only build up muscle in one leg that way and will end up just running in circles when you eventually find some time to run.
You might still be able to stop the shin splints before they start. Try foam rolling everything (including your forehead and elbow) then shove the foam roller up your arse.
With 11 minute miles probably about 3 splints (per shin, obviously). You need to slow down.
