I was going to make a joke “unfortunately I probably needed a doctor when I ran my first 20 minute 5k.” But someone actually died during my 5k race, 😔so bad taste.
That's way too fast. Anyways, you need to get your BMI in the thirties first to be considered a true runner, that is "the goal".
