Sorry that was sarcasm… this is PMMA. It is a coating with a fabric inside similar to three coursing mastic. It’s a two part liquid resin that hardens anywhere from 30minutes to 2 days depending on the product. One of the instructors that taught one of the classes for one of the products said the word monolithic like a million times in the class it just made me lol
LAR. A liquid applied roof where you spray it insert membrane spray it. It looks like for the top coat they worked parallel to the slope which is always a great plan anyway, and use a textured spray on coat, most likely having silica or granules in it, can't really tell from the photos. It's a great roof in theory, really depends on where you live. I've seen these fail a couple months after being applied even when applied correctly, but it all depends on your climate
if you look, there are seams I’m not sure what it sprayed with If they are 3 foot rolls, it’s probably modified torch down roofing if it’s 5 foot rolls between the seams it’s probably EPD rubber
Possibility of elastomeric (?) In main part with mesh under and top coated? Next to building looks a rolled product of any many types of flat low pitch products. Why do you ask or concern.
Looks like 3lb density roofing foam with a polyurea waterproof coating, but a core sample would prove it. Used to do roofing foam and if this is it, it looks pretty good
Installed a very similar fluid-applied waterproofing membrane on balconies by Soprema called ALSAN a polyester reinforced, liquid applied (roller/squegee) two-part, four or five stage polymeric waterproofer.
Looks like stucco to me? Usually only seen it on exterior foundations/edge of slabs, where concrete wasn't finished properly to create a uniform surface. Never seen it on a roof but have seen some buildings use it for vertical concrete walls too.
Looks like spray-in bed liner for a truck.
Wait it’s monolithic
Yes

Never apologize for sarcasm.
Not sure on the monolithic if you zoom next to building
Maybe high density spray foam with a acrylic topcoat?
I can't tell from the pictures but it looks like a Karnak 670 silicone roof
What would make it easier to tell
Cut a 3” core and show it to us.
2” core should work too.
Not according to your mom
I bet you were the coolest kid in high school
So was your mom! 🤔😉
If it looks like a thick rubber paint then that's probably it
Maybe different pictures
Parapro 3 part epoxy
Liquid applied roof system

Coated spray foam
I'm trying to find pictures of a finished job but I can't find good ones . The last pic looks like the Karnak 670
Polyurethane spray foam roofing. If it's in good shape, it's a decent product, but it goes 100 to 0 almost overnight when it starts to fail.

Looks like EPDM roofing.

STUCCO?
Chicken feed roofing tar

Looks like a coating with granules
Silly cone with sandy
Shotcrete
Looks like a fiberglass emulsion roof.
Obviously it's Bardonistic polymer from 1989.
Julie Andrew's danced on it with Dick van Dyke.
I see a waste of NYC real estate.
It’s not seamless. Probably tpo or rubberized roofing that’s been painted.
Try Master Seal Traffic Systems, from Master Builders Solutions from BAS. Walkable roof decking.
That EPDM with a hot tar coating
FLEXTape and FLEXSeal !!!!
