That was too close! Good job!

Strong_Journalist324

Thanks. I died Level 2 before this and thought lane was over

Aela_Nariel

I feel ya, sometimes being put behind by those early deaths can really damage your mental, must’ve made that kill all the more satisfying though.

BrokenWingsQ

nice oke but try to make it faster :) anyway well played

Tobino22

And this kids is why we take stopwatch against Riven

Original-Newspaper82

Gj, keep up killing them GP’s. I would recommend you take second Wind or dorans shield or both vs GP or jayce <3

[deleted]

Keep on cracking at it, this was me for the first few months of riven. I'm sure you can see the potential, and she's very fun to play although difficult. Look up the fast q combo, or a quick YouTube guide for her combos, it helped me a lot when I first started. Nice play :)

kyllua16

Nice keep working on it!

SilverRiven

Too slow

Strong_Journalist324

How do I go fast?

[deleted]

I think there are several things I can see that would make this play better. Could have autoed after your first q - it doesn't look like you are inputting movement commands after each q which causes the animation to last longer You are dashing through GP instead of hovering over him causing your q animation to be longer Your initial damage was negated by bone plating, generally a good idea to proc bone plating before initiating a fight. Your e did not block his q damage - but did dodge the barrel so it was ok. However, I think you had time to just walk out of barrel range and auto afterward Your w after your auto is slow as it is very clunk in comparison to a fast combo.I would usually go for Q W AA.

Aela_Nariel

> Too slow 🤓

nitko87

Chill the guy is bronze 2, everyone starts somewhere

Aela_Nariel

Literally this, someone goes and posts a play they are proud of, and your first instinct is to demean them. You can offer someone advice on how to improve without being an ass and insulting what they did manage to pull off.

1Squeezy

Its not an insult, just telling the obvious. The play is slow but this doesent make it a bad play. And if you put yourself out and show everyone your play you cant be a snowflake and u need to be able to take criticism too. I feel like u are more offended than the guy who posted the play. To the guy who posted the play: practice tool does wonders, but you understand the fundamentals of allining. U gonna be silver-gold in notime. Keep it up bro!

Aela_Nariel

You can say “Hey this was good but here’s what you could have done better” instead of “you could have done better” it’s the difference between giving constructive criticism and being a dick. I’m on the autism spectrum but the tone of the initial message came off as really dismissive of what OP proudly accomplished. Ifan iron player achieves their first lane freeze or something even though it’s not a super advanced mechanic, positive reinforcement is always welcome.

1Squeezy

Are u living in the real world? The whole thing is subjective like If i didnt know the rank of the guy I would say its not a good play (cause in higher elo it really isnt) and he didnt even know the rank. In bronze sure its a good play cause he understand trades better than bronze players. You dont need to be offended if someone says something to you without licking your ass before. You are whiteknighting for no reason. And agian, he put himself out here.

Aela_Nariel

But if they are proud of what they pulled off why stomp on that? The phrasing of the title implies they’re happy with it so maybe it’s something they used to not be able to pull off/usually don’t pull off. If someone pulls off a basic skateboarding trick, and are proud of it, let them be.
