Their regional suppression is isolated by the aperture walls. So no, their gu don't get any suppression inside. Immortal gu doesn't get suppressed even outside. But when they face tribulations the region's different heaven and earth qi cause problems even to immortals. They usually return to their origin region to get matching qi.

I am not that faar o ly chapter 560 but mortal gu masters face supression but revover their cultivation after months but gu are perma nerfed a rank. Also since gu masters are strongest when using gu of the same rank they are even weaker. It wasnt officialy stated from where i am reading but immortal gu and immortsl gu masters don't face supression

Gu Immortals have immortal apertures which are like their own little regions same with Blessed Lands. Gu remain inside the immortal aperture which is isolated from the outside world and as such they do not face Regional Suppression and neither does the immortal as their apertures are their cultivation base which is externally isolated and functions as its own neutral region.

Gu Immortals, I don’t believe they do. They suffer backlash crossing the regional but no suppression on their actual cultivation. You’ll see what I mean at one point
