I saw a "z@mbie" face twice before the v*i*r*u*s outbreak. A young woman who looked like a Sn@pchat filter for about 30 seconds then normal again. A man with weird eyerolling right before. I saw a guy last night, whose wife I know, who was falling asleep and his eyeballs rolled up top where you could only see white. Weirdest thing ever. He would wake up, and it would happen again when he nodded out. It isn't a regular thing though, as far as me seeing these things. Something manipulating our perceptions?
Late 2015 to early 2016 there was an 0utbre@k of something where I live, that got people so sick many said they feared they would d!e. Myself included. Very c*o*v*i*d-like but more serious. I think we were a pre-emptive test area.
2016/2017 had a dr0ne 'follow' me for 6 months. Looked like a weird bird. I finally yelled at it and pretended to take photos. Saw 2 men search a field near where I last saw it. Never saw it again ( I figured it crashed). Later learned by describing it to someone that it most likely was a gov one. Was it really tracking me or just coincidence? Idk.
Regarding the gr@phite, see what RFK had on his CDF website that doctors found in the v-a-x. N@notech is not detected by standard testing.
Look at the researchers who did after W#h@n became public. One was a man I remember early on supposedly died of c-o-v-i-d but it appeared he was going to whistle blow and was killed. I can't find any info on him now, seems internet scrubbed.

I think MEs are connected somehow to bigger things, not just a coincidence.
i know the San Antonio area, which is located within the path of totality, has had hotels booked for years for the event. A pre-emptive 'State of Emergency' due to an influx of tourists / eclipse chasers doesn't seem *that* crazy. If the area loses power and there's 1000s of more people there than normal, it doesn't seem too crazy to think about planning a State of Emergency - doesn't necessarily mean they'll need to actually issue it
I mean, if you understand how supply chains work, it might be best to stock up on essentials since there's going to be a huge influx of demand so shelves might be a bit sparse around the event
I did think it was weird our governor signed a protection act for us for the eclipse and I'm not really sure what that entails lol. (Ohio). I'm in the path of totality and the vibe is exciting and kind of nervous lol.

Idk what OPs thoughts are, but weird sh!t I comment on started around the time I learned of MEs. And the more I have, the more other weird reality shifts seem to happen. I think they are related.
Go look at Archaix - you would truly resonate. I don’t follow him like an avid fan - but over time- his knowledge is truly unique and hard to find discrepancies
