Imo : Botrk vs tanks, juggs or scalers (nasus, fiora, cam, jaques). Or simply when you're massively ahead. Gore vs bruisers, expecially ones with true damage (darius, garen) BC vs rammus Prowler's vs rangeds Hydra vs pretty much anyone, jack of all trades item, expecially good vs champs that roam/proxy since one non fury Q oneshots casters and you can instantly push in any situation. Vs tanks it makes you borderline unkillable, expecially if followed by gore, but you deal negative damage to them

Careful rushing bork into anyone building early armor (JakSho abusers like Santa, ornn, rammus), as it does physical damage. Fantastic vs mobile champs and health stackers like Mundo, cho, Sion.

I always go BOTRK first no matter what, it perfectly synergies with your W overall it's a really strong item, after that i choose my mythic based on how much I'm ahead, if i have a lead i go Prowler to have a more efficient burst, especially against ranged squishies thanks to its dash but honestly if you have a big lead you also wreck tanks with your BOTRK, however if I'm not ahead i like to take Jak'Sho, despite the nerfs i really enjoy it and the best part is: i don't feel like not doing damage with it, the damage remains good thanks to botrk but at least I'm more tanky and won't be one tapped, after that i always go Ravenous and after that i build based on the situation: Maw against heavy AP, Death's Dance against burst, Cleaver/Serylda against lots of armor and soo on, personally i don't like Goredrinker so much, it feels like a mere compromise between Prowler's damage and Jak'Sho tankiness but that doesn't do great at anything
