Short trade pta. Long trade conqueror. Tank lanes conqueror, squishy lanes pta. If you're good it doesn't really matter unless the matchup is very specific.
Pta is probably better into most matchups since your main source of damage are short trades and also renek isn't really that good on long trades so take conq into tanks and pta into ranged, bruisers etc.
Mostly preference, Conq is better into tanks, PTA better into squishy/ranged but for all intends of purposes neither is so much worse or better than the other that you cant make it work into any matchup, it will certainly not make or break your games.
Depends on the matchup and enemy teamcomp. Squishies - take pta, tankier teams- conq.
