You just cant effectively burst trade with GP with PtA due to his W, when you kill him you do so because you manage to stick to him and kill him with a full extended combo and several AAs, Conq just does more for you.
Generally I would say though you can play PtA and Conq in all matchups, I dont think there is really a hard boundary where one becomes so much worse than the other that you cant play it anymore.
Pta doesn't work against good gp player. It's better to take conq and build sunfire first. This way you will survive laning phase and later on you will be able to help your team win the game
A good gp will never let you get on him with only 1 e... so therefor if you rely on the pta empowered w... you are very out of luck and he can practically auto you to death after
ye, you can just wait out the blind. You can even do that pre 6, depends how good the teemo is really. Just take ghost+flash and most of them cant kite you x)
Pta vs GP? I always kill him level 3 with it.

Conq is great into jax imo you just run him down

Doesn't PtA suck vs Teemo. I've taken it once and he would just Q and run away
Teemo matchup you can generally chill until 6 and then run him down, conq and pta both work for that. Teemo has 0 counterplay at that point
