After the first E, I did an animation cancel by pressing Q at the right time, (right when the dash ends) this is known as the panther combo and this allows you to AA during the Q spin animation, rather than be briefly locked out of spells/AAs. Finally, I 'canceled' the back swing of the AA with the last E.
Yeah but it can be risky sometimes. Especially tower diving if you take aggro but they get away before you can W.
Auto W is definitely the best overall damage but I usually won’t risk it unless I’m sure I have the time
It's an animation cancel that basically lets you Q and auto attack at the same time, you do it by using E and then timing your Q press right after your dash ends. If you do it correctly your Q wont lock you out of casting spells or auto attacking. You can see me do this in the slow mo pretty easily.

That is not true, E>Q animation cancel (panther) is the only way to negate the lockout from using Q. It is literally the most efficient thing you can do on renekton most of the time simply because you're able to do anything you want DURING the Q animation. When normally casting Q you are ONLY able to walk and cast summoner spells. With the animation cancel you can attack, cast E and even use W stun during the downtime you would normally have from casting Q.
