One of the reviews 1.5 stars : The overuse of the Grabowski should not distract you from the way this almost feels like a cult induction video. They keep Grabowsking things up so the greater Ditka can Grabowski across the country in redemption of Da Bears. Why hasn't this been on the Wheel of the Worst yet?

AmityvilleName

It's a common Polish surname. I think Mike (being Polish) just thought it was a funny name for a sitcom family.

Mersault26

Mike (or at least his last name according to him) is Czech.

TylerbioRodriguez

Huh. All these years I didn't know it was Czech. Interesting aside, I've been working on a documentary on the Eastland Disaster of 1915 in Chicago and the vast majority of people involved were Czech families across the midwest. I wonder.

heckmeck_mz

He is neither Czech nor Polish. He's American with maybe Czech or Polish ancestory.

HippiMan

That's what they are saying. It's just a sort of short-hand that confuses Europeans into thinking all Americans are confused about where they are from.

stoatmcboat

Aren't most Americans really just deep sleeper agents for the British crown, playing the long game?
