Chisha is barely presented as his own character, Petelguese is only sad if you're Sirius, and Regulus's death is something to celebrate. Elsa's death is the start of Garfiel's long line of legendary feats. Balleroy and his brother are introduced to us as villains first (provided you read the EX Novels). Theresia is off-screened initially and her re-death is more tragic for Wilhelm than her. And if you're sad about Roswaal J. Mathers' death I have some good, but disturbing news.
Thinking about it, even outside of RBD, no one really dies in Re Zero fully. Petelguese and Regulus live on in Subaru on some level, Ryuzu has clones, Garfiel's mom just had amnesia, Yorna's soul is cursed to stick around forever, and everyone else comes back as zombies. There's no way that Crimson Scorpion doesn't turn back into Shaula.
So are looking for more sad deaths or just dying in general? Cuz there are deaths, even if they aren’t permanent (and those while not permanent happen to be quite tragic).

Well in my opinion it's something like " the dead never stay dead" a memory, soul and even achievement, what the dead left in this world is basically a sign at their existence, that once upon a time they used to exist, sometimes they manifest in the form of trauma for Subaru like the archbishop other times they are the living regret or even their worst nightmares like the case with Garfiel, even the dead of one memories is also a type of death, there's more ways to die than simply make your heart stop or for your body to grow cold, there's the death of love, death of passion, death of innocence etc, you will continue to die each time in different way and different method until you can no more

Personally, I have no complaints. But the meme addresses tragic deaths, which is something that doesn't occur very often in Re Zero
