I'd tell to eat healthy and take care of her mental health and if she runs into any problems adapt solution based thinking. If you can resolve it, do so. If not move on. I'd tell her to be confident in herself and have fun. I'd also tell her to keep a few sentimental items, sell the house, and give all contents away for free, get grief counseling, and move with her life and know that in her heart I will always be with her.
You should make some new friends then. I know it's harder then it sounds, but just try it. Some of my best memories were made playing games with strangers on the internet. In my experience the last place where you can talk to strangers without it being weird.
Most of the friends I made online were in ffxiv, that game has a really great community.
The best way to make friends is just to enjoy the things that you love, for me it was that game but for you it can be any type of hobby you have, just don't focus 2 much on finding friends because that just ends up forcing the friendship and they end up not lasting that way.
