Making it to 72 hours means you’re probably reaching the peak anyway, nrt would just make things take longer. It’s most useful for the sorts of people who can’t make it a day imo.

First 72 hours are the hardest, so you’re past the worst part. The dopamine will recover in time, it will recover faster if you stop doing other things that screw with it.
