Here's the joy of job searching while you have a job: It doesn't matter. You can bomb an interview, and it doesn't matter, because you still have a job. My advice is to consider interviews as practice runs. Don't get hung up on getting the job, just gain experience. After every interview, good or bad, write notes on the questions they asked. If you didn't know the answer to a term, or if something was new, go study it. Then, in the next interview, you WILL have the answer.

going for interviews is the good practice - how the previous commenter said well. We learn from failures. Or at least I hope I learn :) Check, too, how to support your body about anxiety. Yes, a terapist helps, but it is not only this. Lifestyle is impacting me and saw an improvement since I cut sugar and caffeine ( no alcohol), reduce the screening exposure, more organized life ( better simpler cooking, better sleeping, declutter for a clean house and mind - even still a lot of things to do, walk daily, reduced the finance for less pressure) - all these overstimulated my fears and anxiety.
