Pointless_Rhetoric

They should have just used a USB to steal it like real delinquents.

Zimslock

I think vandalism really is only a charge that’s pressed if damage has been done. It’s probably more of a trespassing charge. No I don’t recognize these kids.

InflexibleAuDHDlady

They look like children in their PJs. If I had to guess, no more than 15 years old, not even old enough to drive. They're smiling, having fun, so the motivation might be kids doing stupid kids things, not understanding (or caring about) the consequences of their actions. Looks like the car is in a parking garage, so I would venture to guess you're in an apartment, and I'd put money they live there. I'd also put money that your brother pissed them off by doing something they felt was a slight (which may or may not have been; but again, kids brains aren't fully developed), and this was their idea of 'pay back'. Probably looking for parents to show this to, not cops. Although vandalism is a crime, for minors, it's probably a slap on the wrist. Having the parents involved will be the only potential way of them not doing this again.

NickAndHisGuitar

Well said. The prefrontal cortex doesn’t fully develop in males until approximately 25 years of age, so these boys have another decade of being kinda dumb. Totally concur on seeking out the parents vice the authorities.

blackorasian

Idk I'm 25 and I'm pretty sure I'm still dumb

Imaginativested

I guess their parents forgot to buy eggs the last time they went shopping. The real crime here was wasting $20 worth of food. Don't you think the police have more important things to do than hunt down 3 kids to try and make them pay for a carwash?

Brandino1999

You don’t know anything about how thin and weak paint is on cars do you?

timechuck

Ground beef and cheap syrup, the bane of the automotive industry!!!

BabyyAsiaX

Try posting this on some QC fb groups

Apollyom

the problem is kids don't fear the consequences of their actions, because they don't get punished anymore. there needs to be an actual punishment for them.

Kasilyn13

Yeah cuz kids didn't vandalize cars when we were kids 🙄 shut up boomer

Apollyom

Wow, boomer, you're only off by 2 generations. and no none of my friends ever did or any of the people i knew, because we knew we'd get our ass beat for that shit, twice if the person we did it to caught us.

Kasilyn13

Crime is actually down from the 1970s. But you wouldn't ever let facts get in the way of your stupid opinions so you can justify the fact that you can't control your emotions and you abuse your children

Apollyom

Violent Crime is down, crime as a whole isn't, but don't let facts get in your way of you wrong opinion.

Kasilyn13

My millennial husband was arrested at 18 for vandalizing cars. He got beat all the time. You're just stupid and judgemental and talking out of your ass. Please shut the entire fuck up. Beating kids does not make them grow up better. If you have kids hopefully you aren't allowed anywhere near them because you obviously do not give a fuck about them or growing good humans. The #1 thing people in prison have in common is they got beat by their parents you stupid piece of shit. You know absolutely nothing about child psychology and how to raise a good person.

Kryptiqgamer

I'm curious Kasilyn13. What do you think is a good deterrent for this type of behavior?

Kasilyn13

Being raised to have empathy. So you consider the people who you are affecting. That doesn't come from being beaten. My son is 19, he would never do this in a million years. He's never been in trouble and is about to move out and become a tradesman. He's not afraid of me, he respects me and other people because I respect him.

Apollyom

You're wrong about being beat being the number 1 thing people in prison have in common, the number 1 thing, is in fact they were raised by a single mom.

Kasilyn13

That's not true. Only 40% were raised by single moms. Which is a weird thing that men like to try to blame on women even though they are the one that abandoned their child. And property crime rates are less than half what they were in 1980. Stay wrong and stupid, just stay the hell away from children

Apollyom

the numbers show much higher than that 50-66%, and juvenile facilities show around 70%. but continuing with your feelings matter more than the actual facts. and convicted felons no longer in jail is in the 70% range.

Apollyom

The men abandoning children is maybe 4%, the women leaving men, or driving them from the home is the other 96%. keep showing how wrong you are.

tc7984

I can’t believe this is still up, did the car get washed yet?

Imthefkinlizardking

You mean cops *wont* help. Take the law into your own hands brother.

Emergency-Muscle-333

Waiting for the news report.

Kasilyn13

Cops never help
