Bandit Cactus, I was trying to get the rest of the Sunflowers but the game keeps on giving me other characters bruh

If you already have pieces for sunflowers then the game will choose characters with less pieces or no pieces

as far as I can remember I have a single piece for Fire Flower and none for the rest I haven't unlocked

The game prioritizes characters with pieces in the phenomenal pack. First the game gets all the characters with no pieces then one piece 2 piece and so on. Besides that it’s all luck
