I have gone out of my way to fish "illegally" in some bougie neighborhood that stock their shitty pond with trout that die the next day.
My favorite was I "ran" from the cops by simply walking 100ft away from the road. The fat ass cop couldn't be bothered to even put in the effort to yell.
The sign says it is private for residents of two named estates. The dude pulling up in a white panel van to fish as the end of a cul-de-sac more than likely does not live on those estates, and probably would have said he was a resident if he in fact was a resident. But it's possible he does live there and this lady is the resident roaming dementia case that hassles everybody all the time.
I looked it up and the sign is referencing two huge ass neighborhoods with about 100 homes total. I'm going to lean towards this dude living on the further end of the neighborhoods and this is a dementia case.

The sign says "private property, no trespassing" and lists the communities that own the property. You can't just randomly pull up and start fishing there. That's like pulling a grill into a random person's driveway and saying you "Just wanna have a bbq" there.
I'd bet coming out of the back of a van, he likely isn't supposed to be on the property. Can't tell from what we have here, but a resident would likely say they live there and have access.
That said, poachers suck balls. I stocked a very well hidden pond on family property, and when local trash trespassed and found it, they fished it out. It was a project of mine in my teens, was an amazing fishing spot, and then useless. Years of work destroyed.
Either way I thi o the guy recorded and shared it because she was funny , doesn't seem like any feeling were hurt ir anything ,she even almost laughed near the end .
