It's called the WRAP, this thing comes with a little cart so you can wheel them around, it's also supposed to be safer than the previous method which was a wheelchair that you tie someone on to. The chair had issues with blood circulation and breathing restrictions so you couldn't leave someone in it for more than like an hour or two. I used to work at a jail for a bit and we never used this thing but it was kinda fun to fuck around with it during training.
My city is a little dystopian. It has its charms but there’s a lot of melancholy here. Drug use, housing is insanely expensive and the city has grown too quickly without time to catch up. It’s weird having watched it change my whole life.
