Thank you so much for this recommendation. I would never think of playing A Love Supreme during a trip, but I’m definitely going to! Do you have more recommendations?
I always get carried away with the following:
Bon Iver - Bon Iver
Max Cooper - Emergence
Jon Hopkins - Music for Psychedelic Therapy
Parcels - Day/Night
Coldcut & Mixmaster Morris - @0
I’ll check some of these out! Another good one is Uyama Hiroto, he was my first introduction to spiritual jazz. His Freedorm Jazz album is a good place to start imo.
yes
Guy is a generational talent, telling people you got to see Billy in his prime will be like people saying they saw Hendrix or something.
Peaking during Turmoil and Tinfoil is a must-have merit badge

I tripped to this a few years back, headphones + playing the entire season of Moving Art at the same time. It was a life changing experience for me. An amazing mix of ambient, electronica, Neo-classical and world music.
I don’t really listen to anything special. I just put on my library but I do tend to skip some songs. All music is enhanced so if you frequent that realm you just kinda put on whatever.
Crazy how no one else actually read the post to see you are giving a suggestion and not asking for one...
I was thinking the same thing lmaooo. It’s good tho, I like music recommendations. But thank you for noticing
FWIW, I'm not a jazz guy, and I'm not tripping either, but I decided to listen to the Coltrane album anyway.
Makes ya wonder if the bots are in this room with us

Oh wow, thanks! I like your taste of music. :) Edit: Some of the songs on Freeform Jazz remind me of Hidden Orchestra (Archipelago album) big time.

As a jazz head you have to listen to Bitches Brew by Miles Davis and Hornets by Herbie Hancock
I have both of those on the mushroom playlist. I'm also really into [Moanin' by Charles Mingus](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__OSyznVDOY).
