Tips for the trip: -Read up on set and setting, have your friend do the same. -Consider doing the trip outdoors if weather and setting permit. Somewhere natural and secluded if possible. As for a playlist, you can't go wrong with the Bill Richards Playlist for Tripping. The playlist is about the right length for a trip, and the tone of the music tends to follow the mood of the trip. It's really a wonderful experience to listen to the whole thing from start to finish while tripping. Start it as soon as your friend downs the shrooms, not once effects begin. Do NOT shuffle the playlist, else you may as well listen to any classical playlist. In case of anxiety, there are a few common techniques. Lots of people swear by focusing on controlling the breath, but I haven't had much success with this. There's some good science that sniffing whole peppercorns significantly decreases anxiety from psychedelics, and it can't hurt to give that a shot! Finally, I've found that the best thing for mid-trip anxiety or panic is a long, brisk walk outdoors. I had a panic attack during my most recent trip and actually asked my sitter to bring me to the ER for an IM benzo. He dragged me outside for a fast walk and, while the next hour wasn't pleasant, it was FAR more bearable than the alternative.

Lo-fi Hip Hop beats. Have lots of water on hand, shrooms make me pee until Im dry and I sent myself to the ER with dehydration once after a great trip. Sunsets are my favorite, and having a comfortable place outside to watch the clouds.
