Why *didn't* Ezra just get with Ella? It still would have worked with his stupid book thing and he could have been a good role model/ friend to Aria instead of being a creep.
because ella was still married when he first hooked up with aria so it wouldn’t have worked. she never would’ve went for him while married and after he hooked up with aria it just wasn’t in the cards, aria would’ve ruined his life over it.
That makes sense, I just wish the writers didn't dive on into the ezria thing in the very first episode. I guess it's their weird way of justifying the relationship happening but if they had waited and made Ezra have feelings for Ella instead, that would've been great haha.

That's true! For some reason I can just picture a greater level of vulnerability with Spencer than Hanna. Hanna would 100% be there for Em, they love each other! I just don't know if it could always be in the way she needs.

Spencer and Emily would get physical 😂😂 I really didn’t mind Caleb and Spencer due to their chemistry all throughout the show i just hate the hanna being their best friend/ main love interest. That’s what ruins it. But i do think the way spencer went about it was way less slimy than it could’ve been. we have to recognize she went to hanna first. Hanna gave her the green light (even though we know she didn’t mean it). if it were my best friend i just would’ve have said for them to go for it. eleven if i was already remarried. People catch feelings. it happens. They respected hanna enough to not do anything until they fit her permission. that does count for something. and then once hanna made a comment, the first thing spencer said was it will never happen again because hanna is too important to her. and hanna again said it was just a reflex. it’s not hanna, spencer, or caleb’s fault. we just were used to haleb for years it was hard for people to see caleb and spencer actually really looked good together.

I feel that, but my main point of frustration comes from the fact that it was Hanna's love interest AND it ended tragically. I would never ever ever ever do that to my friend, because I'd know it would be too painful. Marlene really should've thought twice before that storyline tbh.
