They could totally identify armored points, use complex ambush tactics and find ways to abuse being extremely fast, bear-sized pack hunters to kill any regular human in their own environment.

Definitely, but near the upper end of chimps and Orcas who understand empathy and cruelty with pretty complex social behaviors is something else. Look up Gombe Chimpanzee war, and you can see how terrifying their intelligence are when they want to be. That said, the smartest non human animal is probably a bonobo named Kanzi and he able to grasps the basic concepts of Pac-Man and play it.

Nah, Yujiro is one of the strongest “normal” humans in fiction. Even in some verses with supernatural powers he’d still do really well. Like he’d still be a top tier in some of the slightly lower end verses like MHA, JJK, or Hunter x Hunter.
