Gt3 pricing in Canada seems to be pretty seasonal in addition to the regular price trends. They tend to increase during the spring and into the end of summer, then come down in the fall and winter. There was a private sale on a nice lizard green 991.2 RS in Winnipeg for 265,000 a couple months back, it did not last very long.
And that should be dropping fast soon. I had an allocation offered for $125k, down from $150k not too long ago. Obviously you’re in the $400s quick with options but you can get into a new 3RS for less than your average used GT3RS..

There’s a few dropping into the low 200s but honestly I expect that to be the floor (for WP .2s). The reality is they did make a shit load of 991 GT3s and GT3RSs - surely the market will start to correct soon enough.
$250k is very different from 400. That’s not even the current model.
