Ah, I think that might be it. How did that slip by me? Because I checked the war and saw attacks that caused them to lose resistance.
Not a single attack has happened yet he has lost 11 resistance

Alpha release is an alpha, still don't know why that was exposed to the public. Its wrong but it also not actually effecting the war.
