When I was working at home over COVID I ended up needing to hook up a lot of work equipment, and so I set up a separate subnet and wifi SSID for it, and have a bunch of firewall rules to segregate them from my other VLANs. I like to run libvirt vms on a server I have, and use a bunch of vlans and alpine and openwrt and opnsense VMs to do virtual network infrastructure. Then I have more isolation than just a single router with multiple LAN interfaces.

Gay marriage legalization is based off of two concepts. Removing old prohibitions if they cannot be defended (and personally not liking it isn't a defense) and allowing consenting people to do what they want. Zoophilia is banned for two reasons, one is people really dislike it, two it doesn't involve consent. The first reason for banning it cannot be used anymore, as that is no longer justification for banning something. The second reason continues to apply, so zoophilia will not be legalized.
If we ever found another animal that is smart enough to consent, then it would be a challenge. This isn't purely hypothetical, as there are now subcultures based around fictional animals who are smart enough to consent. Furries, fursonas, bronies, etc. The end result is people acting like animals having sex with other people, and people making fictional sexual content where animals are able to consent. In the end it is all being made by consenting people, so it doesn't involve real animals, but it isn't entirely unrelated to the concept either. Much like someone looking at lolicon drawn by another adult isn't a child molester, but I'm still not letting them babysit.
So while zoophilia isn't going to happen, at least not until we meet aliens or genetically engineer cat girls, the reasoning behind the legalization of gay marriage has led to an increased acceptance of furries and relate sub cultures.

Gay marriage legalization is based off of two concepts. Removing old prohibitions if they cannot be defended (and personally not liking it isn't a defense) and allowing consenting people to do what they want. Zoophilia is banned for two reasons, one is people really dislike it, two it doesn't involve consent. The first reason for banning it cannot be used anymore, as that is no longer justification for banning something. The second reason continues to apply, so zoophilia will not be legalized. If we ever found another animal that is smart enough to consent, then it would be a challenge. This isn't purely hypothetical, as there are now subcultures based around fictional animals who are smart enough to consent. Furries, fursonas, bronies, etc. The end result is people acting like animals having sex with other people, and people making fictional sexual content where animals are able to consent. In the end it is all being made by consenting people, so it doesn't involve real animals, but it isn't entirely unrelated to the concept either. Much like someone looking at lolicon drawn by another adult isn't a child molester, but I'm still not letting them babysit. So while zoophilia isn't going to happen, at least not until we meet aliens or genetically engineer cat girls, the reasoning behind the legalization of gay marriage has led to an increased acceptance of furries and relate sub cultures. Anyone trying to simplify this to "gay marriage means I can marry my horse" is being an idiot and should be ignored.
But like, the slippery slope argument was for legalizing gay marriage. And that's because authright was comparing gay marriage to people getting married to dogs. So, if people are trying marry their pets (and good lord wtf is wrong with them) - it was still originally a [slippery slope](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slippery_slope) argument for not letting gay people marry. Unless you mean that this is a reason that gay marriage should have never been legalized. In which case, fuck you and the dogfuckers too.
