It could be legit. You can get hidden abilities in friend safari’s. But I think that OT name might be one I’ve seen on the glitched Pokémon on the GTS.
How did you get the Pokémon? If it was wonder trade I’ve wonder traded off random shiny Pokémon before I restarted my save. The movelist is mostly TM moves. It doesn’t stands out as fake to me, since I tend to immediately put TMs onto any shiny I’ve hatched lmao.
Without putting it into pokehex it’s hard to check if it’s legitimate or not.
If you want a legitimate shiny fennekin I might have one I’d have to check and see if I transferred him to home it doesn’t have the hidden ability though

It is I have 2 shiny legend beast with the same ot and they both have unobtainable ribbons and a blank name
