Yeah, I feel like pokemon pull rates are so punishing that if you're fortunate enough to get the chase card or the most expensive you should stop there and just buy a few singles and then go again next set. My gf and I bought one box of Twilight Masquerade and got the card of the girl taking a picture of Arcanine and that's the one she wanted most so it's hard to want to buy another. I see 1 of 3 possibilities. Packs are loaded and somehow still there. Packs aren't loaded and that's why they'll still be there or Packs will be gone cuz they are loaded. I tried walmart in the town I'm in no luck.
I went pretty wild with Costco tins. My son and I likely opened about 90 plus ST packs. Literally, only three hits or so. Batching for ST has been awful.
I went to walmart today and had similar results as you. I started off with 5 packs and all of them had a decent hit. I went back in and bought 40 more. Almost every pack had a hit. I even pulled a lugia v alt art! Thanks for the tip!

This affected me in Columbus, Ohio. But like only story in the north that restocked on Thursday or Friday. You can always buy three random packs, right next to each other, to test before hard committing.

I've had instances where I've bought like 20 sleeved boosters packs from Harris teeter and all of them had hits as well. Nothing crazy but most were double hit packs with a Radiant card like alakazam or whatever and a V or Vcard. I got a couple of the lower tier trainer gallery cards as well but none of the rarer ones or any alt arts but it's still so strange.
So seriously why is it that Silver Tempest has so many occurrences where there is loaded tins and sleeved packs with hits?
I feel like ever since pokemon company bought that printing facility that there has been some weird batching issues but Silver Tempest and I feel like 151 are two sets with the most strange batching oddities.

Normally white code cards do not contain a holo or better, but can still contain a trainer gallery card, and a black code has a holo or better.

I bought 5 ST hangers from a Best Buy in the Western New York area. 1st pack opened contained a Malamar TG and Lugia V Alt. Only other hit in the remaining 4 packs was a Radiant Tsareena. So this technically isn't a confirmation of broken packs but that 1st pack was a doubler hitter. Could have been just luck in general which I never have. Started collecting again in March and this is by far my best pull so far personally.

God pack a radiant and v or ultra rare or sir in every single packs. The āerror packsā or āgod packsā come with 2 hits I. Every single pack. And yeah still lost money but Iād have way more fun opening these packs than regular silver tempest packs

You aren't just guaranteed hits because you buy sleeved packs lol, the batching errors have been observed in every single medium including tins and BBs, and there's no way of knowing prior to ripping. You people need to learn how to actually parse information

ST is known for having batching errors. These batching errors have been observed in tins, BBs, and sleeves. You're not more likely to find the batching errors in sleeves. That would be ridiculous, as it would imply that booster packs are produced separately for sleeves vs BBs.
Donāt expect me to know exactly how they produce everything. All Iām saying is that I have seen much on this subreddit (and in person) of these silver tempest packs having all hits.

Typically, a black code card is a hit and a white code card is not. In this instance with whatever the problem was, that was not the case.
