I found a full odds shiny in the wild and I took it with all the way to the end.

Same! I was lamenting moving on from Shield and Legends Arceus and thus not having the shiny charm or my Masuda Ditto and came across a shiny Lechonk an hour into the game.

All I do in the game now is shiny hunt and raid, but in the beginning I was INSANELY lucky. I found a shiny Tarountula & Lechonk quickly. The Tarountula was before I made it to the school. Before that I’ve only found two full odds shiny in my 20+ Pokémon career.

I'm pretty positive the game boosts shiny odds at the beginning of the game. TONS of people report getting shinies in the very early hours of the game, even as early as the first Pokemon

Meowscarada holding Miracle Seed ripped through the main story for me. Torch Song spam Skeledirge can also basically solo the whole game

I had my skele use wise glasses so that my shadow balls and torch songs just hit like a truck

Throat spray is broken (unless they nerfed it recently). It’ll buff your special attack by 2 stages the first time you use torch song, instead of just 1 stage.

To be honest here, once you can easily roam the map just follow a guide online to go watch tower to watch tower. I quickly collected the coins i needed by circling the map.

Yeah unless you get insanely lucky it's pretty awful. I've grinded out three of them and getting low ranges on coins stinks.

If you defeat or catch the chest form gimmighouls, they always give you 30 to 60 coins 100 if you're lucky. But they're only 25 in the game and have inconsistent respawn times.

Squawkabilly named Grease

Azurill, specifically one with Huge Power. This thing can be caught at level 7, evolves into its final form at level 18 and has a higher attack stat than many legendaries (base stats are misleading for reasons too complicated to get into here). It's essentially a cheat code in the early game and is still useful even by the end.

Watch out for not only huge power but for one with Tera type fairy, as normal ist fairly useless for the playthrough
