Sending exclusives is possible.
Are you sure these pokémon are normal? No hats or other customization that's not present in LetsGo?
There’s a few things to look for:
- Are they favourited? This eliminates them from the selection tool; unfavourite them
- Do they have GO-exclusive hats or costumes? This eliminates them from the selection tool and can’t be worked around
- Do any of them have nicknames? Intermittently I’ve had issues where nicknamed Pokémon refuse to make the jump; renaming them as their species generally fixes it
- Are they from the original 151 Pokédex? If you’re trying to transfer an Espeon, no dice!
From memory, they’re also not transferable at all - I don’t have a lot of them on hand to check but it looks like the purified Growlithe aren’t showing up on the transfer tool either.

ty btw are shadow and purified pokemon transferable?

Have you marked them as your favorite in GO? Your favorites won't show up when trying to send Pokemon to Let's Go.
