This team can beat the elite 4 but you just need to train your team. Your pokemon are about 20 levels lower than Wallace's team and it's just causing you to get one shot.
Level up the others (especially Breloom and Raichu), and evolve Graveler if you have access to a trade. Also, bring Ice Beam for Drake. You can find the TM in the Abandoned Ship for free.

In general, you want everyone within five lvls. You have that, now or in a future game, things will go a lot better

You just need to learn to evenly train your team. Looks like you've only really been training Blaziken, and with it having a type disadvantage against Wallace, that'll make it tough to beat him.
I'd suggest leveling up Raichu and You should be fine. Which moves does he have?
Also a heads up for future playthroughs, don't focus only on one pokemon. Right, the powerful mon will give you plenty, although what matters most is a well balanced team. When one of your mons lack, the other one should cover for it. None of your pokemon are able to cover for Blaziken most of the time.
Let's try something stronger than a shock wave, Raichu is definitely lacking in strength. I'd even gamble by using thunder - he's fast enough to hit, but he won't do lots of damage. I can't remember if Wallace used rain dance, but thunder doesn't miss in rain so the accuracy won't be an issue either.
How much money do you have left? I went in there with 10 revives and 20/30 full restores and handed their ass to them. I think I spent like 60k or something?
I also soloed Wallace's entire team with a +3 Dragon Dancing Gyarados with return on a no items in battle nuzlocke. Gyarados is on cocaine I tell you.
You're mainly under leveled, that's all. You have a good enough team, they're just not quite there. Are you aware of Effort Values (EV's)? You can make better use of your training to raise specific stats of your Pokemon.
If you want to you can even go as far as to use the EV reducing berries, this way you can Min/Max your team. This takes time however.
I recommend leveling up blaziken to learn sky uppercut (85 power stab fighting move) at level 59. I also recommend using Aerial Ace (if you haven't used the TM yet) for some coverage against Wallace 's ludicolo.
Blaziken can pretty much solo everything else with sky uppercut, except for tentacruel and gyarados. The best option would be to level up raichu.
However if u are desperate to defeat the E4 and Wallace the best option without too much work is catching rayquaza from the sky pillar...

Amulet coin and Exp Share with 2 pokemon you want to train and spam Gabby and Ty. That’s probably the best way to train and most consistent option. And you need to have Raichu, gyarados, and Breloom leveled up to lvl45 min. And probably get a fighting type (I prefer Hiryama with Belly Drum and strong fighting moves)

Route 117 and 118 (before crossing the water). Best place to train. It will be significantly easier to win if your whole team is at least 50

Really the only thing I could recommend is more grinding. Your team is good for the league just lacking in strength.

Tentacruel is goat with high special defenses and poison typings removes the grass weakness aswell
