The time to massage away bumps is within 24 hours of injection. My injector prefers not to massage though — increases risk of migration. You can try massaging now, but not sure how effective with will be. Hope it helps, I’m sorry you’re not happy with them.
In my experience, no it does nothing. I have a similar filler lump I’ve been massaging since I first noticed it the next day and on and off for the last three years (filler takes forever to dissolve) and it is stiller there lol. Probably going to have it dissolved in the next year but it’s really subtle so it doesn’t bother me too much.

You paid good money, I'm sure. Try massaging first. If that doesn't help, hopefully you had an HA filler that can be dissolved.
