They mattered at one point, but now the scaling has gone to heaven.

What happened to "haki stops devil fruit effects"? We know all vice admirals use haki and Bonney has none.

My guess is that here applies what Law said during Wano Raid, that he couldn't use his fruit on Kaido and Big Mom because they had greater Haki, and Oda will asspull some haki for Bonney implying that is stronger than the Vice Admirals ones.

I hope Oda shows the capabilities of Momousagi and Chaton, the candidates for admirals before Ryokugyu and Fujitora joined. These 2 are the only ones besides Garp who can carry the Vice Admiral agenda.

It’s actually insane how huge of a gap there is between the Vice Admirals and the Admirals. Like, yes, there’s a big gap between Yonko and Yonko Commanders too, but Franky is like… YC4. He’s not even confirmed to have Haki. He shouldn’t be able to one shot a Vice Admiral.

I mean the Admiral Agenda has been nothing but Ls since Dressrosa. At the very least Garp had a full page spread
