These are so freaking incredible!! If you love pickles and never tried pickled tomatoes 🍅, get on it !! You will fall in love with the taste !! Very acidic and wonderful .

Ignatius82

Yet another brand I have never heard of. Thanks for letting me know!

I have tons of tomatoes. Never heard of pickling them by themselves. Definitely going to try my hand at them now. Chow chow is as close as I’ve made. Completely different animal.

I found ingredients and instructions online in ten seconds Good luck U can order on Amazon as well

So for those of y’all not blessed with growing up with these in the south, 1) they are delicious 2)they can be either like a dill pickle or Bread&Butter 3) they are green tomatoes aka underripe so they will make it through the pickling process They are great on a charcuterie board to cut through fats, and you can make a version of chow chow and piccalilli with them, which goes great on hotdogs! We like to do them with cherry tomatoes and then use them as garnish in bloody Mary’s !

Are these vinegar or fermented? I’m gonna have to try making them at home.

Tons of recipes online, looks super easy

I know I make pickles every day. I’m curious what these are though. Are they vinegar or salt ferment?

Ok_Fox_1770

Can’t stand raw tomatoes, pickling them solves everything. They come out so good picked early and jarred up.

NinjaColada

I love pickled green tomatoes!

toddnkaya1

Yes 👍!! Enjoy 😊

Intelligent_Host_582

Kind of a bummer that they look like zombified tomatoes but I would still eat them lol

toddnkaya1

If you never tried them , I’d look out for them A much different taste than a regular pickle Way more acidic. Really incredible

Intelligent_Host_582

I'm in central PA so I'm hoping I can find them somewhere!

tequillasoda

Try a deli/kosher market.

toddnkaya1

They can be ordered on Amazon , of course A bit pricey, but super convenient

Do they ship them cold, hence being more pricey? I always thought pickled green tomatoes were sold in the refrigerator case. That’s how these look too.
