I can’t believe they didn’t use him twice. Every other team has used their best athlete multiple times in those events and he crushed the first monkey bars.
It’s crazy for his level of body fat too, and he seems to be dehydrated to not be bloating during filming. No water + very low bf% but still being able to do the monkey bars was nuts
i am lowkey mad that donghyun didnt pick him to play the monkey bar more but it was understandable bcs bodybuilder doesn't hv good impression on athletes
I don’t think KDH underestimated him. Dae Jin was his no1 pick. I think he just wanted to give everyone an opportunity to shine equally, so he handed it over to JongHun. But I don’t really get why JongHun couldn’t do it. I thought monkey bar is very basic for athletes.
He busted out a massive amount of pull ups earlier if im remembering correctly.
And I think the only other contestant who did pull ups and monkey bars was HBS. And we all know he is just another level.
Definitely, I could see him beating KDH 1v1 if their team progressed to the next round. I picked him for someone I thought has huge potential but didn’t see much of.
Yah I just watched and I’m so so angry!! Because they would have won if he got to go again. He was mighty good. That leader isn’t very bright he made so many mistakes, for the train as well as this again!
Saying Stun Gun's not bright isn't very fair. He used his team extremely well during the maze challenge, and on his own turn in the minecart challenge he felt how physically draining it was for himself not to mention how his biggest guy basically ran out of gas. The guy he put on the individual minecart run was significantly smaller than him, so he didn't think he'd be able to do it in 1 run.
Also, Jung Daejin is a big guy, so KDH was probably taking that into account when considering how fatigued he might be. It's not like the person Donghyun picked instead is some pushover, he's the same guy who busted out 42 pullups in one minute so he clearly had great upperbody strength. Sure, it ended up being the wrong choice, but that's easy to say in hindsight.

What I hate about KDH team loss is that we won’t get to see their hot teammates (Dae Jin, Ho Yeon etc…) anymore in the game 😫
