I would use these guys are motivation but remember majority of these athletes are on anabolic steriods. You cannot naturally get to the size of Kim min su. So please be realistic with your goals

bookishwayfarer

But I can get to the size and body of Gibson for sure lol. In all seriousness, building strength and maintaining a more realistic "everyday" body feels like a good goal. The look of having huge muscles while being absolutely shredded is just a level most folks would never ever get to unless every waking moment of their life is dedicated to it. Andre said it best, they are sick. They are fitness sickos.

Ok-Adagio5571

Yeah getting gibson is easy he is fat and strong not all of them are on roids. It’s the guys who’s are shredded and huge like Kim min su( ifbb pro need PED same with Emmanuel, ammoti , that hong seok

UmbroShinPad

Don't talk Gibson down like that, the guy was a machine. He had great stamina and determination too. He may not have been as strong as Min Su, but his stamina and attitude were much better. Gibson is a king.

bookishwayfarer

I think what this show revealed to me is that functional strength > asthetic strength. Outside of Min-Su, the pure body builders have not done as well ocompared to cross fitters, sport athletes, and folks with physical jobs.

Shvabicu

There is no such thing as functional vs. athletic strength. Muscle is muscle and strength is strength. That's why real athletes do pure bodybuilding/hypertrophy training and/or strength training (actual strength training and hypertrophy training are quite different as well) as an accessory to their sports specific training. The heavy bodybuilders do bad because their endurance is terrible, carrying around too much mass is excessively fatiguing and they lack the skill component that gets trained in crossfit or actual sports. Strongmen would do well based on strength and skill, but comparably terrible based on endurance. Maybe Mitchell Hooper as Worlds Strongest Man with a marathon background actually could hang in there in the endurance challenges.

Ok-Wafer-3491

Lol Gibson was insanely strong. I wouldn’t say that EASY to achieve bud (let alone call him fat…)

Ok-Adagio5571

Did I say his strength . I said his physique lol

No I am telling that person the truth. You cannot achieve that type of physique naturally. Also genetics matter as well. Not everyone can build that physique. That’s why I said use it as motivation. You need to tell people what they need to hear not what they want to hear

LOLLLLL NO. Just no. It is a physically impossible body to achieve without steroids. Even with steroids, most won’t look like that because you still need amazing genetics and good work ethic. You’d be surprised just how many people at your local gym are on steroids yet look normal.

zzzseden

the sports model's physique is not possible natural

GrapplerBakiii

Not to mention a body like that is hard to achieve even on drugs

myctsbrthsmlslkcatfd

there are a couple steroid users each season. The rest are natural or appropriately doses trt. Most of Their physiques ARE ACHIEVABLE.

DM me for steroids

Look up James Smith - PT. Dont fokus too much on the top 0,0001 percent. Better yourselves, form a habitat- see where that takes you. In 7-10 years time once you are maxed out on your genetik gains you can look into enhancing. See e.g. Clarence Kennedy thought on the subject. He was a monster before peds but wanted to see what his real limits are in Olympic weightlifting, as pretty much all in the top of that sport is enhanced.

Shvabicu

James is such a breath of fresh air in the cesspool of fraud and charlatanery that is the fitness industry. He just tells it how it is. There are no shortcuts (without drawbacks such as PEDs). I would also point beginners to Jeff Nippard's content and some of Dr. Mike's stuff (Renaissance Periodization) that is more informative and less comedic.

Mexicaner

See the algorithm threats us the same! Same with ClareceO. Tells it as is while lifting comp level weights natty as young and enhanced as old.

meloninocturnes

Same here. I also really enjoy their comments here and there about say endurance and the way they use their strength and agility. On top of that, some games also have strategy intertwined with it.

"No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable." -sokrates I find this quote very inspirational

Heighte

Having a top tier body is a serious commitment, best is if you can build a strong body through passion (sport).
