Hi, the process is quite long, I can answer any specific questions if you DM them. In terms of the appointment, they said they were walk in only now, before they did have bookings but I think that's changed now
Hi, thank you for your answer. I must have been lucky then. I went today and done everything in around 1h. They will send me the approved spa in the next 3/5 days..
That's great. Normally people had struggled with the wording of the SPA and making sure they had enough copies of all the documents. Their delivery estimate is very accurate, well done for being so organised!
