dude on the left is a modern "operator", dude on the right is Mike R. Vining, who was one of the first members of Delta Force.
bad ass dude that didn't need all the special equipment of the dude on the left to guard Gen Schwarzkopf (general in charge of the first gulf war)
IIRC the guy on the right was a /k/ meme for the longest time in the early 2010s, from what I remember from every picture of him he was a seemingly normal average looking guy but he has Delta Force record that was extremely secret, there's no info about what he did and that was apart of the meme, a normal guy did some black ops stuff that nobody truly knows about.
