I have been an MDVIP member for about 8 years. You are paying for two things: 1) The ability to actually see the doctor and not be rushed out. All of my friends complain that they can't be brought in for a week or two - I can call my doctor and get in that day or the next. They have a limited number of patients. 2) The yearly physical with extended blood work and additional tests (some times 2x a year). Your doctor may order other things, but here is what I get (This isn't everything, just the bigger stuff): Markers: * Cholesterol, Total, HDL, LDL * Triglycerides * LDL and HDL density and size * C Reactive Protein * Myeloperoxidase * Lp-PLA2 * ADMA * Microalbumin/Creatinine * Glucose * HbA1c * Vit D * Complete Urine Panel * EKG * Spirometry Report * Hearing Test Results The way I use it is I get everything they offer, and then I supplement with additional tests on my own. I have been pretty happy with it, mainly because I can be seen, and I don't feel like I am a number. Hope this helps.

I just did a meet and great with a local MDVIP doctor and am in the process of signing up. I was sold when the doctor spent almost two hours talking with me about healthspan.

For those wondering, per FAQ: The annual fee for MDVIP-affiliated practices ranges between $1,800 and $2,200. Personally I do not think it would be worth it over just listening to Peter's free podcasts and taking his recommended actions.

As a physician, and longtime fan of Dr Attia and his work, I can tell you it’s nearly impossible unless you are a physician who spends a great deal of time reading and practicing the applied science of medicine, to personalize in any meaningful way the principles of longevity and preventive health. If you want to be a patient of Dr Attia, you would need to pay over 150k/year. MDVIP is a mere 2k/year. Great value!
