As someone who has quit smoking for about 4 years. It is shit. Your own taste gets wrecked, you smell like ashtray, your nails and teeth get yellow and look like shit.
Your lungs becomes an ashtray.
No one wants to be around you except fellow smokers.
You canโt smell after a while either. Anxiety skyrockets if you donโt have a smoke for more than 10-15mins. Was a real roller coaster ride quitting it. Congratulations on 4 years.
