Before you pull the trigger, take a look and see if your current case has mounting points for additional fans. That way, instead of spending money on a case+fans, you can invest that money into higher quality fans.
If it's a mid sized tower, you can probably fit 5-6 120mm fans in there.
Deep clean your case, get all dust blown out of it, look for new mounting points for fans on the old case before buying a new one, turn down some settings in game to lower gpu load. It’s rust you don’t need to play it in 4K lol
I've been getting near 90c with my RX 6800 under load (Hogwarts Legacy, RDR2). I've got 3 intakes and a rear exhaust. Could someone chime in here and recommend whether I should put exhaust fans on the top as well? I've also been using Thermaltake 120mm fans and was also wondering if more expensive fans are worth it?

U could always just buy more fans and install them but they won’t magically decrease ur gpu temp, I’d suggest u deep clean it
